Visa nationals applying for a visa outside of the Cayman Islands should make their application via UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI), using the UKVI online service available through visas-immigration.service.gov.uk and selecting the following options:

Type of visa: OTHER

Purpose of application: OVERSEAS TERRITORY & COMMONWEALTH

Type of application:  OVERSEAS TERRITORY APPLICATION

After completing the online form and paying the handling fee, you will then be directed to select your nearest visa application center to make an appointment and submit your documentation.  You can check these locations here https://www.gov.uk/find-a-visa-application-centre

Please note, in countries which operate legal restrictions on the couriering of passports, UKVI are unable to accept applications for the Cayman Islands.  For further information, please check the website of the visa application center that you intend to use.
