Customs & Border Control Service (CBC) would like to advise the public that on Friday, 28th January between 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm, the Customs Online Systems (COLS) will be down to allow for the system to be redirected to the Cayman Islands Government (CIG) eServices sign-in page.

The change is being made as part of the government’s efforts to make it easier to conduct business with their services online. The eServices sign-in platform provides the public with a simple self-service interface to register themselves, manage their eServices identity, and sign-in to enrolled government online systems. Customers can then be seamlessly authenticated by Line-of-Business applications such as COLS.

The online process has also been streamlined by using a 2 factor authentication when signing in. This single sign-on process allows existing customers to use their same credentials and will only be required to log on once to access any CIG services enrolled in the single-sign-on platform.

For customers using the eServices sign-in who have not yet registered a 2 factor authenticator, they will be asked to register a Mobile Authenticator App, phone number, or email address. Any one of which can then be used to authenticate the person during subsequent login requests.

Customers who need assistance in logging in can contact the CBC Customer Support Centre, Monday thru Friday between 8:30am to 5:00pm by calling 649-4576 press 0 and then 1. Customers can also email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
